The Structure
The Mystic Pointe 100 Tower is located on the waterfront at the southeast corner of the Mystic Pointe peninsula. The high-rise condominium tower features the contemporary whitewashed architecture popular in South Florida luxury communities. Constructed in 1988, Mystic Pointe 100 is one of the original towers to go up in the luxury community; as such, it set the bar for all future properties to be developed on the Mystic Pointe grounds.
