The Point South Tower
The Point luxury community is located on the waterfront of the Waterways in the northeast corner of Aventura. The two high-rise luxury condominium towers, North and South, were designed by well-known architect Robert M. Swedroe, and are set amidst a lush tropical water garden designed by noted landscape artist Walter Bradshaw.
